Our Projects are what we do!

Please click on left hand side menu on the name of the project you are interested in to get more information on what is available.

The 'Volunteer Project' has details of the project funded for the past 3 years by WCVA through the Volunteering Fund in Wales. We have recruited and trained over 40 volunteers in the past 3 years for all our projects.  Our 'Volunteering Project' page has information on how you can become as volunteer at Tan y Maen and how we reward the fantastic work done by those that give their time and skills for FREE to help others.

The 'Well-being Project' has details of our regular weekly and fortnightly activities.  We believe a major part of preventing or in promoting recovery from mental health problems lies in meeting other people, sharing experiences and working together on interesting activities.
Full information about our activities programme is on our 'Whats On' page.  You access this by clicking 'Whats On at Tan Y Maen' on the link on the main menu on the left side of the page.

The 'Outreach Project' has information on our '5 Ways to Well-being' courses now run across Meirionnydd.  Contact us for more information on when we will be bringing this course to your area.

The 'Work and Benefits Project' gives information about the 'Steps to Work Club' which continues to meet every Monday afternoon at Tan Y Maen Well-being Centre and how we can refer you to the CAB service for advice on benefits and your rights generally.

The 'LIBRARY PROJECT' in partnership with Gwynedd Council Library Service has a wide range of titles on all matters relating to mental health and is the first port of call to understand your condition and make progress towards recovery.
